1. The Service

Dyzo Owl lets you capture browser workflows and turn them into editable, shareable step-by-step guides, including screenshots, annotations, sharing links, and exports.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the guides, text, and screenshots you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (including rendering public guides you choose to share).

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to capture and share it. Because captures may include confidential or personal information, you must redact sensitive data before sharing. We are not responsible for information you expose through screenshots or public links.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Capture or share content you are not authorized to access or distribute.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Public sharing

When you publish a guide, anyone with the link can view it without an account. You are responsible for what you choose to make public. You can revert a guide to private at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the “Dyzo Owl” name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyzo Owl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Bijainagar, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
