How sharing works in Dyzo Owl (no accounts required)

Publish an SOP, copy the link, and anyone can open it — no signup. Plus exports to PDF, HTML, and Markdown, and how to keep guides private.

Make a guide public

Open any guide in the dashboard, click Copy share link. If it was private, this publishes it instantly. To unpublish, click Make private on the share card — the link 404s for non-owners but you can still preview it.

Owner-only previews never 404

While you're logged in, every guide has a Preview button. You can see exactly what a viewer would see, even before you publish.

Exports

From the editor's Export card you can download:

  • PDF — open the preview and print to PDF.
  • HTML — drop into any knowledge base.
  • Markdown — paste into Notion, Confluence, or a README.

Who viewed your SOP

Public guides show a view count. If a signed-in user opens your guide, their name appears in the editor's Views card — useful for tracking which teammates read the new procedure.

FAQ

Can I take a guide offline?
Yes. Export to PDF, HTML, or Markdown from the editor.
Do view counts include the owner?
No. You don't pad your own analytics — only non-owner views count.
